FOUNDER
Robbie Jackson III
Graduate from the Cox School of Business at SMU in Dallas, TX. Originally from Palm Beach, FL and currently residing there, Robbie is the Founder of Imperium Investment Management. With over 5 years of experience researching cryptocurrency and macro markets, he now focuses on leveraging his expertise to create opportunities for financial growth in the digital asset space.
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Andrew Winn
Over his 25-year career, he has spent 18 years at leading asset managers and 7 years at mid-tier brokerage firms. At Barclays Global Investors (BGI), he served in multiple roles, including lead credit CDO Portfolio Manager, senior analyst and Head of European Credit, where he was responsible for £20 billion in global credit positions. He previously worked as an investment-grade bond and money market analyst at Franklin Resources. Since 2017, he has held leadership roles at Unicoin Inc., including CIRO and CFO, gaining nearly 4 years of experience in the crypto industry. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a B.S. from UC Berkeley, and is a CFA charterholder.

Robert Stalzer
Robert brings nearly 10 years of banking experience from his tenure at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in Zürich, Switzerland, where he specialized in equity trading for a top-tier Wall Street firm. His expertise in global financial markets, particularly during the transformative and volatile period of the 1990s to 2001, along with nearly 8 years of experience in crypto markets, aligns closely with the challenges and opportunities of today’s crypto market. He holds a B.B.A. in International Finance with a minor in Political Science from Hofstra University in New York.
